For local pickup from our shop front please select the ‘pickup’ option at the cart to avoid paying any delivery costs.
We endeavour to have your order ready to collect within half hour of placing your order, although sometimes this isn't possible when we are busy. Please wait until you receive a notification via email or message (whichever you entered at checkout) when your order is ready to collect.

Orders placed for this area will be delivered the same business day. ( Tues- Friday only or unless stated otherwise)

Devonport - Ulverstone $10 Flat Rate Fee per box.

Orders will be delivered Daily Tuesday-Friday (unless stated otherwise) OVERNIGHT/EARLY MORNING. People who select this option agree to only provide a home address ( no business address delivery sorry ) there needs to be a safe space to leave your order as it will need to be delivered overnight as our courier refills the truck at sunrise. Please do not select this option if you are not wanting your items to be left out overnight or there is no safe space to leave items.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
Our drivers takes extra care of your parcel but due to the nature of any delivery of live plants there is always some risk.
PLEASE NO BUSINESS ADDRESS - we currently can only deliver to your home address. The reason for this is our delivery van is large and it is very difficult to find parking in the city or busier areas. If a business is closed during our delivery hours we would then potentially have to leave your order out which may result in damaged/stolen items. For these reasons please only enter your home address.
Plants will not be refunded or replaced due to any damage caused by transportation.
