For local pickup from our shop front please select the ‘pickup’ option at the checkout to avoid paying any delivery costs.

We endeavour to have your order ready to collect within half an hour, although sometimes this isn't possible when we are busy. Please wait until you receive a notification via email or message (whichever you entered at checkout) to know when your order is ready to collect.

Latrobe and Westbury FREE same day delivery

Orders placed in these areas will be delivered the same business day ( Tues- Friday ). To confirm a Saturday and Sunday delivery, or to organise an alternate time, please call first and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Our drivers strive to take extra care of your parcel, but due to the nature of delivering live plants there is always some risk associated.

Due to delivery hours, we recommend to leave a home address as business hours may not align with deliveries.

Plants will not be refunded or replaced due to any damage caused by transportation. We are not liable for stolen or lost goods after delivery.

Any issues are to be made aware to us within 12 hours of delivery.
