For local pickup from our shop front please select the ‘pickup’ option at the cart to avoid paying any delivery costs.

We endeavour to have your order ready to collect within half hour of placing your order, although sometimes this isn't possible when we are busy. Please wait until you receive a notification via email or message (whichever you entered at checkout) when your order is ready to collect.

Orders placed for this area will be delivered the same business day. ( Tues- Friday only or unless stated otherwise)

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Our drivers takes extra care of your parcel but due to the nature of any delivery of live plants there is always some risk.

PLEASE NO BUSINESS ADDRESS - we currently can only deliver to your home address. The reason for this is our delivery van is large and it is very difficult to find parking in the city or busier areas. If a business is closed during our delivery hours we would then potentially have to leave your order out which may result in damaged/stolen items. For these reasons please only enter your home address. 
Plants will not be refunded or replaced due to any damage caused by transportation. ( up to our discretion )

Any issues are to be made aware to us within 12 hours of delivery.
By placing a delivery order you agree to the terms & conditions.

We currently do not use Australia Post to send plants within the state.
